I think that feeling secure in a class allows for the success of a student before the learning ever begins.

I think everyone has different learning styles they prefer, but to best serve the class as a whole, it is important to implement different teaching styles during class.

To best serve the students, it is important to recognize their culture and language, so they can better learn and become literate, without diminishing their first language.

That both are equally as important because even if people are the same race, their culture is different, and vice versa. That is important not to categorize individuals based on these ideas.

Something that I think is important is to recognize the individuals in a group setting and understanding that it is important to use different techniques because everyone understands differently.
