While I understand how knowing which types of intelligences we and our students possess, it feels daunting to truly consider each students' multiple intelligences, and try to group them accordingly. That said, I can commit to varying the ways I share my content, with the focus on adding things that folks with different intelligences with me will have an easier time accessing and understanding. 

This is coming back from my semantic memory! It's been awhile since I've studied thinking...

I am lucky that my institution is already on board with service learning. I hadn't considered how difficult that would be for those of you whose institutions are resistant to it! 

I learned about the different categories of service learning--many of which I already incorporate into my classes! 

I have had questions about fair use and copyright law in the resources I use. This module helped me understand that a bit better. It also offered more resources to explore! 

THere are a BUNCH of technologies that I am unfamiliar with--SlideShare, RSS Feeds, and Prezi are all new to me. I am making myself a goal to try Prezi for at least one of my online content slideshows this semester. 

The basics of good course design and structure are the same for flipped and traditional classrooms. 

I need to use JPS in my workplaces as well as in my classroom! Ha! But really, having a structure for solving a tricky problem is really grounding for the individuals involved and it takes the emotion and heat out of stressful situations. I will absolutely be using this technique. 

I was unfamiliar with JiTT, and also with the phrase "teacher immediacy"

I was surprised to learn that my U of I masters degree at the McCall field campus taught us some really high-level stuff! UbD and true inquiry were the backbone of our practical and theoretical education. It would be really useful for us to have examples of all of these models...
