I do agree with encouraging students to be prepared so they will fill engaged and not left out because they did not prepare.

As an instructor I am always open to learning new things and with the student perspectives they always have something we can grasp and learn from their view.

This is vital information on preparing myself with the different learning learning styles and developing a lesson plan that will be helpful each time a lecture is given.

It is important to know how to pronounce the students name and they feel important when call them by name when class participation is being done and you encourage them in their participation.

Prepare a "SWABT" on the board for the students to see the agenda for the day. ("STUDENTS WILL BE ABLE TO") do what ever they will be learning in that day.  The instructor has to be prepared to keep the focus of the student.

I have learned that the motivation from the instructor brings out great expectations from the student. 

The different learning styles are appropriate to reaching students in their learning ability to comprehend the material.  I will be touching on all learning styles and incorporated the one that is more apt to reach the students.
