I have learned that program assessments are important because the characteristics of your student population for each program must be identified.  One who look at which student(s) would be the most valuable to use for assessing program effectiveness.  The information can be identified in narrative format, list or chart.

The reason why employer surveys are initiated is it allows the employers to inform us on how successful or unsuccessful we were with candidate they selected to employ. 

It is important that graduates complete a survey, but it can evaluate the effectiveness of our program and allows us to explore the strengths and weaknesses of our program(s).

I have learned that externship surveys are important because it evaluates if our students were trained to perform the tasks required of them.

Good morning, my name is Tina Darling.  I have been trying to read and navigate through this course with much difficulty but I think I got it now. I feel that what I have learned in this course so far the importance of surveying is to see how well we are doing as an organization.  It is important that surveys are done so we can see if our students are learning. It also identifies our strength and weaknesses and allows us what we can work on as an organization.

I have learned that managers are in the business for promoting stability. Making sure that there is structure and leaders are in the business for promoting change for the betterment of the organization. I also learned that a person can have both qualities.

I have learned that leadership and management are often confused as having the same meaning with goals and visions in mind. Leadership is engraved in all of us. 

Student must be evaluated.  I learned that a student must be evaluated in multiple ways, by written testging and didactic.

Student are successful when feed back is given to them.  It allows the student to learn and prefect their learning when constuctive critisim is given.

What I have learned is the importance to a syllabus and If I were teaching I would make sure that I have a syllabus to make sure the instruction was organized and planned.
