I love using this technique for my students. Being in the Motorcycle Mechanics field I find the students are forced to use something they aren't used to using, their brains. Seriously, they don't think they need to in a trade school and that is just not the case. Troubleshooting is all about logic and problem solving. Without using this part of the brain they are seriously limited in the field to mundane jobs. The greatest leaders of our industry that these students look up to as heros and idols are excellent at problem solving. That is how they got there.… >>>
