I found it best to dissect the email received and answer all parts.  I include an opening, acknowledgement of the email and a response to all parts, then a closing always thanking them and asking if I can be of further assistance.  I usually read emails 2-3 times before I send them to make sure my response is clear and postive.

I will use the worksheet provided to set up the KSAO for the instructor positions I hire.  I will also use the example of the RJP when communicating with potential applicates.

Treat each day as an onsite visit day

The extent the university is required to maintain safety and availabiity of procedure regarding Title IX, VAWA, and Cleary Act violations is encouraging and calming for parents sending their children to college.

Compliance ensures the quality and integrity of the institution enabling students to receive the eduation they deserve.

There was much I did not know about federal Title IV compliance.  This course was well constructed and I enjoyed the interactive scenarios.
