The differences between holistic and analytical rubrics. Also, the importance to provide the strengths and weaknesses of the student.

The importance of investigating the assessment tools and adequately pairing them. Also, the usefulness of providing second chances. The program I came from it is one and done, and I would love to shift to a learning environment that helps the students learn by correcting their mistakes.

No one tool will allow me to close the loop. It requires multiple tools, from multiple sources to provide quality feedback necessary to make meaningful changes.

Rubrics are a vital tool, which I already love, but from the student's perspective in recognizing the importance of the objectives and result in work completed at a higher level.

The importance of communication channels and the way technology is needed to assist in each channel.

The importance of module consistency and using similar language throughout the course modules.

This module highlighted the need to use the institution code of conduct and appropriately document for behavioral issues. Another item covered was how to minimize course attrition. Documentation and individualized communication can help the process. I intend to keep transcripts of communication and remain consistent with communication with at risk students as well as their other professors or advisors.

Learning the importance of tone and consistency when providing critical feedback. Prioritize the learner's dignity and motivation to continue striving for a strong educational experience.

The importance to be human and accessible despite the distance learning approach.

Reinforcement on the strategies to help students and importance to have a strong presence.
