Ethics are very important in any industry to ensure integrity. Also, background check is something that is not supposed to be overlooked especially in the education industry. It's very important to know who you're hiring and who you're enrolling.

I learnt that it is very important for institutions to present realistic references regarding their facilities, equipment, and services available to students to reduces risk of a student alleging misrepresentation by the school. I also learnt that it is very important for schools to avoid saying negative comments against their competitors or other schools.

I learnt that is is very important to provide complete and accurate information without inappropriate pressure or any inducements that would influence the prospective student's decision to enroll to avoid compromising the school's integrity.

I learnt that graduates need to be taught the importance of following up after interviews. They also need to know that it is okay to negotiate the salary they deserve.

Job's workshops are very important, different employers can come and talk to students and this allows students to chose the job a career they really want.

Career service department is very important because it prepares both current, Alumni and prospect in their respective jobs interest. Not only does it help them with their resumes but it also gives them confidence due to mock interviews.

I learnt about moments of truths which are events that impact student's decision to either stay or leave. This is why the first week of classes of classes is very crucial because it gives the student an opportunity to build deeper connections with fellow students. Also, allowing students to interact with each other informal settings is also a great way to biuld connections. It takes a village to keep students in classes which means everyone must be involved to ensure that students stay in classes.

It is very important for faculty members to attend the orientation because they play a critical and key role in retention efforts. It's also important for them to create s relationship with the students.

I learnt about Buyer's remorse that it also happens in students. Students need to be reassured that they made a right decision. Being in a new environment and not knowing where to go can make them think that they wasted their money but if there is staff to teach and guide them can assure them that they made a a good decision by enrolling which is why orientation is very important. I learnt that the institution must always seek to give value to it's students so that they can finish their program which means the students' needs must always be our first priority.
