EQ and IQ are different, but related.

Common Sense  is the ability to make appropriate and practical decisions. 

I learned from this course that it's important to identify the decision makers, partners, and champions and ultimately the users of the new product/servce.

Try to identify my blind spots and include diverse networks when working on an idea.

I learned about the need to keep communication at the team level and higher to make sure that plans are communicated effectively and assessed.

Shift from 'should' to 'could' and from 'will' to 'may.

It's important to celebrate successes (often only failure gets attention)!

It's critical to connect with your team during a crisis so they (we) can remain resilient and productive.

It's important to motivate the team and address resistance to change.
