You must be very knowledgeble about your programs and communicate honestly.

Be sure to have the checklist available at all times in order to ensure nothing is missed. 

Find out from the institution all advertising methods they are using.

The information obtained in this module leads me to introspect about the impact of my work on admissions to the other service areas or to the student. 

 I learned the difference between a course and program, which was really helpful. I learned that there are rules set in place on the things you talk about to potential students.
