Working together in our situation is very difficult due to the fact that we do totally different jobs .If we didnt have financial aid we would not have students on the other hand they pull the students out of lectures so they miss key information.Ithink communication is key.We dont seem to have this and how to achieve this is my question?

I like the meet and greet very much. I think we need to treat each student as an individual witch in it self is impossible .what I believe is very important is when a student is facing some real big issues in life that we try to hold that person up at the same time we have to find out if the problem is self created . I would like to know how to do this better?

Iteach a course that depends on group labs and lab time how do i involve the loner in the lab. I have tried diffrent ways and have had modarate results

color in the class room

Iam a brake and suspention instructor and have color pictures of systems on the walls. Because we have lab every day i would like sugestions on how i could use more color

difficult students

I have found most students whant to learn and behave. Ihave also found that the difficult students still would like to learn what you are teaching. I trie to put myself in thier place and how would i act. I have also ask if the student realy wanted to attend this school in privet not in front of the class.I have found that we seem to have a better understanding.

when talking to students abought a new subject should we repete the important subject mater over and over. i find this helps me learn a new subject.

i work with a wide section of student abilitys. i seem to have hard time with the realy brite students. they will lose sight of the goal. how do i adress this in the class?

We have discussed retetion in this module my question is some students will not be able to succeed in the field we are instructing in. I have been at a lose for words to tell these students this is not for you.
