best way of delivering

there is no best way, delivery will be different for different group and courses.succes can be only achieved by using multiple delivery methods.

I agree. This is where your own experience with subject matter can come ino play. If one happens to be a new teacher then this would be an excellend opportunity to pick the minds of your peers for guidance as well.

Richard,
Thank you for the good advice you gave new instructors. Colleagues and observations are two very good information sources for professional growth.

Teaching is of different method, it depends on the teacher to find out which best way for him/her to deliver teaching that will best for the student, as of me Ilike to learn by showing me example, some student will read the text and understand, while others the teacher has to explain to them before they can assmilate it.

I agree. I often use a combination of interactive diagrams, student discussion, text book reading and current drug news in my pharmacology class. My colleague reviews and assessments have been very good. I find it engages the student and keep the course exciting.

Adriel,
The more variety and activity you can introduce into your classes the more engaged your learners are going to be. You are doing a great job of this with all the techniques you are using.
