I see it every day student not abnle to communicate or verbally process their thoughts. I try and ge tthem to open up in a personal way bring some life experience into the conversation making them more at ease

These situations are a challenge but by providing support and encouragement as you are you are helping the students to realize that they in fact can communicate and that good communication will help them with their career development and success.
