motivation

tell lively true stories of your past job exp. be lively move around. change your voice tone or pitch. ask for there exp in the topic or subject.try to pump them up with intersting points of info.

I agree. I try to incorporate my real life work experiences to the textbook and subject matter. An instructor's demeanor and presentation really sets the tone for the class. A lively and enthusiastic instructor is likely to motivate students more than a passive and monotone instructor.

true life experiences make the subject real to the students and knowledge that may come in handy to them in the future.

Every book tells you the easy way to complete or learn something. True life experiences tells about the ruts in the road along the way!
