Finding your grove

It's important to find what works for you with time management. One thing that works for me is to be careful of multitasking, which can distract.

There are indeed individual differences Tracey. Some people are great at multitasking and really live for it. Others have a hard time focusing on what they're doing and need to just pay attention to one thing at a time.

There is what I call "Biological Prime Time." This is the time that I am at my peak. This is the time I do most of my difficult tasks. I have found it to work very well.
