Procrastination vs. Perfection
I believe that my procrastination mainly occurs when I try to hard for perfection. I put so much time into preparing the perfect plan or to do list, but in reality I am putting off what needs to be done.
Jaimie, That's an interesting problem to have. Some people can in fact be over organized. It is possible to put too much time into planning and not enough time into execution.

I think sometimes I write two many lists. A what I have to finish today list. What I need to do soon. Things I'd like to do list. And then I have a pile of lists that are half accomplished filling up my purse. Any advice for this?
Tanya, That's a great question. On one hand, I like the categorization of tasks. On the other, it seems like this has become overwhelming for you because you can't see everything all at once. I recommend some kind of consolidation. One approach would simply be to write your lists in the same way, just write them in one place. The second idea would be to keep your lists as they are but star the priorities across them so you can easily see what's really important.

Procrastination will lead to stress. The overload of work in a shorter period of time will stress you out.
Evelyn, This is true. Tasks can really build up when we don't address them on schedule. Stress builds up in turn. It's important to stay on top of things.
