Stress relief

There are certain things I do to relieve stress:

- go for a walk - it is amazing how refreshed I feel after the walk.
-take a siesta - a short afternoon nap is a great way to energize yourself.
- exercise - the most enjoyable exercise classes are Zumba and Bollywood dance exercise.

I highly recommend these !!

Like many non-traditional Instructors, I am sitting most of the time and being 'seditive' creates 'fat'. Wow... I guess that explains the weight gain.

My mother visits often, and always suggests that I stretch and bend inbetween work.

It will be good if I get started, and at the same time, it will help me loose the extra pounds gained (which are both causes of unwanted stress).

Excellent recommendations Seema! I particularly like the idea of a siesta and Zumba class.

I like to ride my bike for a few miles to relieve stress. When the weather is cold, I will often play a video game for stress relief.

Both work great!

You are right. Video games are great for bad weather Richard. And with the Wii, there are so many new fitness games to explore.

I downloaded some Classical music in my IPod, when I feel frustrated I listen to it for 5 minutes.
It works for me!
