Coping with Stress

Water is definately one of my stress relivers. I find that when I am feeling run down, water seems to be the only panacea to my headaches, runny nose, itching eyes, fatigue and irritability.

Water is a great stress reliever, whether it's drinking a cold glass of water that is so refreshing, or listening to the sound of water to relax.

Barbara, Interesting to hear and sounds like an easy and healthy remedy. Sounds like you'd do well by carrying a bottle with you at all times. There are nice environmentally friendly, BPA free options out there to choose from.
