shy students
The criminal justice field is no place for shy students. Personally I try to establish a relationship with the student and slowly incorporate the student by reading in class, answering question. Finally I place them with a more outgoing student or in a study group.

There are some majors that are just simply not for shy students. Everyone's personality is different, and it is good for your personality to match your line of work.
