There is always room for growth and improvement of self. Often times we have to evaluated self to improve self.
I agree. If we truly reflect on ourselves then we will undoubtedly redefine the way we do things, especially in the classroom!
Definitely there is a room for improvement, all we need to do is open our heart and mind to change, constructive criticisms, and do not limit yourself. Be willing to participate and facilitate learning by using available resources including your peers, their knowledge, experience, and best practices are very helpful especially for a novice instructor. I always want to start my day as if it is my first day of work, full of energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn new things/skills, because if we treat it as a routine job then no more excitement, less energy, no more challenge, and stagnation occurs.
