I have learned that effectively managing a group requires qualities of emotional intelligence as a leader. This implies that although achieving the group's objectives is very important; Key to this is identifying the members as part of a whole. I will start by carrying out activities giving each member a specific designation, letting that member of the group see their qualities and potential to do it.

Team management is almost an "all or nothing" approach. There are so many moving pieces but at the end, this module provided new insights and reminders about allowing real indidivual and team growth to benefit the goals while respecting each team member involved in the process.
