Stress is a natural way of response to external and internal factors that affect us on a daily basis however it is very subjective, what may seem stressful to me may not be stressful to others, the way we deal with stress can be managed by following basic steps: relaxtion, stay physically and mentally active.

Positive talk is a very good practice. If you reverse your thoughts with positive talk to yourself you can reach higher levels of success.

I agree. If you try to find something good in every stressful event it will be a little easier to deal with. If you remember to take some deep inhaling breathes and when you exhale, picture all of the stressful issues that you are dealing with as a balloon and "blow" your stress away.

This is a good technique. Positive talk to yourself helps to alleviate creating a tougher situation than need be. You are the coach and coaching is for the benefit of the employee and yourself.
