Admissions Training
Just wondering if there is formal admissions training at other schools or were you trained in house by another admissions rep?
I have been at several tradional and non tradional schools over the past 20 years. Each school has their own training program and the most effective in my years was about 3 month long training. I really learned the culture of the school, the type of prospects the school works with and more importantly how to be a trust admissions representative. I truly assisted students in making well informed decisions regarding their educational choices.

We can teach people many ways to do business but ultimately, it comes down to us as individuals to learn, grow, and work ethically. Those elements come from within ourselves.

I truelly agree with you lost of time we are giving the wring tools to do the wring job. But at the end it is up to the individual to be able to use those tools in the wring way.
