I am creating a binder for all of my paperwork. I am adding my tests to the binder as well.
We organize all the student paperwork with a student file and checklist. There is paperwork required by the Commission and we also have paperwork required that is course specific through our affiliation with PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors).
I always keep updated by visiting the websites and I have a master enrollment agreement folder to use as an example in addition to a check list.

I have decide to keep the Laws and Regulations separate form our own materials. I have started to mark notes to cross reference between the 2 notebooks- I have made notes in the regulations as to where we have covered that in our paperwork.
