I dont think the CIE affects my performance but it does enhance it., it forces me to stay up to date with the rules and regulations and I feel that benefits the students and they also know that our school does thing ethically and morally right.

Since the CIE requirements can change at any moment. As admission representatives we need to know where and how to find changes immediately to stay within compliance and best inform our prospective students.

The Commission for Independent Education requirements affects my job because I need to make sure I am abiding by their rules and regulations. I cannot provide false information to the student and I need to know enough about the institution to be able to answer all the questions a prospective student may have. As said earlier I cannot lie, if there is something I dont know that is asked, I need to find out.
The way the CIE ghas impacted the way i conduct my day has been for the better now i feel more confident in our programs and our school. It feels great to have so much knowledge and be the subject matter expert in my field of work.
For me, I think that having a concrete framework from which to operate makes life easier. It protects the student, the staff and the organization. As the fabric of external legislation and regulation shifts in response to various political and societal exigencies it is nice to know that someone is keeping all concerned parties on the proper track.

The Rules and Statutes are so important in that they give me the guidelines to perform my job. They help me to know the best way to keep perspective students informed of everything they need to know to make the best decision and find the best fit for their education choice.
Staying current keeps me employed. I must stay up to date in order to properly represent my school to prospective students.
