School Catalog
We give the school catalog to student as soon as the student completed the enrollment process. what will happen if we give it a week after enrollment? Are we in violation of Chapter 6E-1.0032?
Jean-Max,
You should give the student a copy of the catalog in your first meeting. Just as the enrollment agreement states that they have received and read a copy of the catalog, it is important that you give it as soon as possible

Jean-Max,
The sooner they have it, the quicker you can get them back in to enroll.

Tyrone ,
That is an excellent practice. The student must receive a copy of the catalog as when they sign the enrollment agreement, they are stating that have read and received a copy.

The Catalog should be given to prospective students during the first meeting and used in the first meeting.
Ramon,
Yes they should. The catalog should be provided to the students so that they have plenty of time to read through and formulate any questions they may have.
