It should come from the Financial Aid staff who can fully explain the process.

I agree, student will always tend to have further questions about that. The best person to respond to any question regarding would be FA.

FA is the subject matter experts when it comes to paying for college. There is so much to know about financing in education in today's world that it is great to have a department that is focused solely on that aspect.

I agree, as a counselor many student visit the counselor office thinking that we have all the answers, but I believe that some students visit our offices because they feel that they can trust us we the process.
I know the FA is the only one who can help them but we can help making them feel countable.
