Reentry Coordinator
At some of the CSC schools they are required to have a reentry coordinator. Many of them are also handling enrollment documents for students reentering. Are they required to submit applications as a representative since they will be going over the enrollment agreement that outlines the pricing of their program and any changes in pricing since they first attended?

Thank you for your question. Only an approved representative may sign the enrollment agreement if the agreement includes a signature line for a representative. The TWC CSC Enrollment Agreement Checklist item #21 reads: "Signature lines should be provided for Registered Representative or Authorized School Official..." Although it reads: "...OR Authorized Official", I highly suggest that a Reentry Coordinator be submitted for approval as a representative; especially since they provide tuition and other information to the student.
