Misrepresentation of the Institution
Hello:
Make sure you only disclose the information written or visualize with in institutions webside or catalog, due to the complains regulation you can easily misreprensentate the institute by given or making disclosures that are or had not being posted approperly to the right channels.
Sincerely,
Claudia S.
Claudia,
I agree that it is important to refer to the current, published information to ensure accuracy in such disclosures.

Students are given alot of information when they come to visit so it is important that all information is accurate. When they have alot of information they can get confused so it is important to start with correct and accurate information to ensure that all lines are clear. What happens when you give accuate information but students misinterpret the information? What are some techniques for handling those situations?
Felicia ,
I think a Q&A format can be a good way to help students correctly interpret information. Using examples of misinterpretations may help highlight the accurate interpretation if presented properly.

If you do not know an answer to a student's question, use other entities on campus so you do not misrepresent yourself or the institution.
