All of the students at our institution receive all course materials in a timely manner. This is achieved simply by being proactive in maintaining supply levels of materials at our facility BEFORE the students will need them. Procrastination is not an option when ordering supplies, and is finished months before classes are scheduled to start. In addition our institution provides laptops for course completion, and places orders and upgrades for those through a fast paced shipping company to ensure timely delivery to students.

Finally, all materials are distributed to students at the same time, typically during a mandatory workshop. This establishes a fixed date and time for all students to get supplies as a whole, rather than as individuals.
