I had learned if a person have a disability and they choose a carrer that maybe will be hard for them, you have to explain all about that carrrer and the person have to made a desition by their self if they can handle it.

It is an important part of the admission requirements, inform the applicant of what is required to achieve their goal.
THis is such a challenge not only for person with disability but for faculty as well. Keepng the infrmation confidential is an even bigger challenge. Other students notice when one of their classmate is given more time to take an exam. or when the student with disability herself start sharing some information with his or her classmates.
