ED110 does give one food for thought. And yes it is much of what one would already know, but I also can see where it would offer someone that doest not recognize a stressor and its cause something to think about.  Good points were made throughtout the lesson as mentions by Cheryl about the piles on the desk.  In one breath one needs to be organized and in the next "if it ain't broke don't fix it!  I like how both points of view are touched on and the opposite in my opinion is acknowledge.  (Opposite being live with your mess.)  Good refresher / new module to go through.
