Licensure and career services
All of our graduates require state or national license before they can become employed in the field. Most graduates of our College actually open their own business upon receiving this license. As part of our career services offered, I believe that it would be beneficial to incorporate more business management practices - thereby helping our graduates become more successful in their professional lives after they graduate.

This is a very important point. Grads who go into business for themselves, free lance, or work on their own in a variety of ways is a trend. The institution still must track what grads are doing for employment. It is therefore essential that there are extensive courses in setting up a business, bookkeeping, marketing, dealing with challenges of working on ones own and more. Successful alumni can be asked to be coaches and mentors. Entrepreneurship is a growing way of life and school owners need to do everything to support that and at the same time collect essential placement data. Thanks, Susan
