Stdent retention

Successful retention strategies are about early and continuous intervention. Students who are involved with other students as well as faculy and staff tend to persist in school.

Nazi,

Yes, Making the connection with people at the campus/school as soon and as often as possible creates a bond.

Having some type of intervention system in place also helps alot. being able to get more then yourself involved in this process also shows the student that we care about their education

Brian,

It takes the whole school to support a student for sure.

I've had many spouses, sisters, cousins, best friends, etc. enter into my program. They seem to be creating their own support system / study group and oftentimes, this holds and bonds them to the program. I encourage this with our admissions reps- to inquire if they have friends or family, and explain the reason above.

Robert,

Referrals are wonderful. It is a peer-to-peer testimonial.
