<p>I have some main take aways from this:</p> <p>- Ask the students what is their reason to learn?</p> <p>- Convey that even the CSV, CIS, MAC classes have information that they will learn and that will help them in their careers.&nbsp; WIFM what's in in for me at every stage.&nbsp; And I need to start including more ice breakers in these classes&nbsp;</p> <p>- 10% of students will turn in late work.&nbsp; This has helped provide some verbiage to clarify the acceptance of late work from students.&nbsp;</p> <p>- To ask myself more questions afterwards as to what worked ans what did not.&nbsp;</p>
