After completing the first portion of this training program, I learned that as an admission's representative, it is incredibly important to stay up to date with the ever-changing rules and regulations set forth by the state of Florida to continuously provide the most accurate information about my institution. Having an up-to-date school catalog, as well as an updated notebook with helpful tips and notes, can help me to provide prospective students with the information they need to decide if my institution is the best fit for them.
