<p>@sonicwave : I don't know about you Albert, but this course could not have come at a better time in my life.&nbsp; I have been dealing with stressors as an instructor and in my personal life fpr qiite some time now.&nbsp; I was quite relieved to go through this course and just revisit some of the things I already know but have forgotten to use.&nbsp; I know that this will help me to better manage stress as a whole.</p>
