<p>I agree with you Kevin.&nbsp; It's so easy to settle into a routine and feel comfortable with it.&nbsp; Unfortunately, we&nbsp;stand the chance of becoming boring and losing the enthusiasm we had in the beginning.&nbsp; It's our responsibility to enter the classroom charged up and ready to ignite the students interest.&nbsp; We have to constantly challenge ourselves and question whether we our delivering the best.&nbsp; Nothing is more rewarding than watching the "light" come on for a student.&nbsp;</p>
