I think that the culture leads us to believe that if it's not broken that we don't require the need to fix things. This may be true to some industries, but in the case of admissions I think that constant learning and the ability to adapt to regulation, warrants us to be poised to adapt to change, whether it is a constant or not. I was impressed with the great tips and information available to utilize in my position. I think we should never adapt to the same approach, which is why sometimes a fresh new representative can do better in these challenging times! I have been in this industry for about 4 years and I like to always change what I do to garner additional reaction or results, so as far as this old dog goes, I am happy to learn the new tricks to give me that edge.
