Very true. Admissions reps need to continuously update their knowledge of compliance guidelines and know what is going on at all times. They are representing our campus and need to be aware of potential student questions they will be asked, and also by current students as well. And, remember, its not acceptable to guess the answer to a students question, they need to have the correct info for answers.
