This training is something that I will not take for granted. I've seen experienced agents who lost their careers because of failure to follow instructions and compliance issues. Now more than ever, it's of utmost importance that we follow the procedures and act with the highest integrity. It's a disservice to ourselves, but most importantly, potential students.
