Get Your Students Hired
As instructors we pour our everything in to our students. We are more than instructors. We are motivators, inspirators, faith builders, a listening ear, shoulder. Its devastating as an instructor to loose a student because ofretentiion, there has been instances where I wanted to call the student and plead with them not to leave.
I just lost a student to circumstances that i feel could have been avoided if he would have came to me and told me the truth I tried to reach out and offer to help him with his work even on days that I wasnt even at school some times its out of your hands
i also feel this to be true being a new educator i'm learning
