Get Your Students Hired
Personally I feel that what makes me a great rep is the connection and dedication that I provide to my students and prospective students. I try to make myself available to my students if they are having great days, bad days, questions, birthdays, anything. I also try to make sure that I am doing what is in their best interest and also advising them as to what I feel may potentially be in their best interest. How about you?
i completely agree with everything you said if you make yourself available and stay dedicated to your students that is what really makes me such a great rep and i am sure you are probably a great rep also.
