I also do internet searches.  I teach Micro, and I get "American Biology Teacher" with my NABT membership, so I'll look through back issues.  I watch motivational videos...like some TED talks.  Some of the TED talks are about what motivates us, how we deal with stress, things like that...and most of them are only 18 min!

I watch or listen to some of Richard Feynman's teaching.  He did the traditional lecture format, but his lectures are amazing!
