I found ED115 to be helpful in differentiating between hard and soft skills. I had some professors back in school that were absolutely brilliant, but I still thought they were terrible instructors. Now I understand why. I'm even more motivated then before to not only share my knowledge with my students, but also have the ability to manage my classroom in a harmonious and productive way.
