It course helped me a lot on how to process and be successful as an admission representative.

Great post, always remember that this process is about the student and we as agents must be on our game and always provide the student with accurate compliant imformation in order for them to make the best decisions for THEM.  Not eveyone will enroll with you but if you conduct yourself in the most professional, compliant and knowledgeable way this will leave a great impression on the student.  I have had times in the past where a student did not enroll with me; however they told a friend or family memeber about their experience and they come in to get information on the school for themself due to what their friend experienced and enrolled themself.  You never know how your knowledge and professionalism will affect your total enrollment!
