I really enjoyed learning about the different learning styles and ways to ask questions and test students. Working in a Culinary School we are able to employ all of the different techniques and I am excited to try some of the new things I learned. I know that this class will help me develop my lessons plans to meet the needs of all of the students in my class.

I have several classes where I have tried the outline handouts for notes and we lecture and fill them in as we go and then I have also had classes where the students take the notes themselves off the white boards, the students always tell me that even though their hands hurt from the notes, they are detailed and fill in voids that the book may not cover and also the lecture accompanying it is always defining for them and they prefer the notes to the easy way out handouts
