CRM201

Upon completing the training I have updated my resource book for accuracy. It is a great tool and very handy in appointments. In addition, I have planned to attend a few internal trainings to be up to date in industry knowledge to be able to assist my team and coach by having more information to share.

I have also found very practical to use Microsoft Outlook as a tool to keep track of appointments, follow up on calls, and students who applied and need to be motivated to start. The resource book is a great tool as well.
