Hello all,

To be completely honest with you, I didn't even know that I can use microblogging within our online classroom. Especially, the use of Twitter. Twitter is probably the most well-known microblog and has been used effectively in marketing and public relations as social media marketers use it to their benefit to develop business. Through microblogging, individuals can share what they are thinking, doing, and observing. They can also share their opinions. All of this sharing and following of others provides details about the “pulse” of society or at least individuals in society who are participating in the information sharing. The best part is that I can facilitate the use of the microblogs by disseminating information, helping students disseminate information, and helping students find appropriate others to follow. This really did impressed me.
