This subject which was presented in Module 4 was excellent.  I really liked this module because I am a team player and I display this at all times at school with my staff, faculty and especially my students.  I work well with all including the students.  Students come in my office just to see how I am doing and if I can give him/her some advice for class studies for the day.  I also greet all students when I see them in the hallways, lunch area and the classrooms.  My attitude toward coming to work is my passion because this is what I do and what I do best.  I make every effort to see all students; including morning, afternoon and evening. I attend the school twice a month on weekend (orientations and I work one weekend so I can follow up with their progress, conversate to see if any issues or I can be that extra voice).  I have great instructors who have been out in the field, have great knowledge in what and how to teach and how to communicate with the caliber of students which attend our campus.  I really enjoy working with my students and I have a great rapport with them all.  They give me respect and I give it back to them.  We play, have fun, and get down to business when it it time.  As the old saying, "It is a time for everything' but you must know when and where to apply it.   Also the important aspect as me being a Director, is the display of Professionalism, honesty and customer service.
